Your Excellency,
On behalf of the entire Albanian people, I have the honour to address Your Excellency as well as all the peoples of the Soviet Union and the glorious Red Army with the warmest congratulations on the great victory achieved in the war against German nazism.
In these marked days, the entire Albanian people cheer for the victorious Red Army which, demonstrating unparalleled bravery, defeated and destroyed the barbaric army of nazism to secure peace for humanity.
Small nations, including Albania, will be forever grateful to the heroic Red Army and the Soviet Union, whom they see as sincere defenders of their freedom and independence.
